Principal

Mr. Henderson has spent the last 14 years focused in real estate development and homebuilding. Mr. Henderson has worked with some of the nation’s largest homebuilders to include KB Home, Lennar Homes and Ashton Woods Homes where he served as a controller responsible for project finance and developing operational business plans. Mr. Henderson was instrumental in assessing new land acquisitions and monitoring existing development projects. Mr. Henderson has been successful in maximizing returns through strategic joint ventures and financial engineering.

In 2002, Mr. Henderson teamed up with Allen Jones to create Atlantis Development. The firm established itself with successful projects in Dallas and Fort Worth and then expanded its market by merging with Marlin Land Development and White Ventures in 2004.

As a Co-Founder of Marlin Atlantis White, Ltd., Mr. Henderson was instrumental in acquiring more than 4,000-acres of land in the Dallas/Fort Worth and Houston areas. The land has been entitled and master-planned and is being developed in phases of singlefamily home sites and commercial pad sites.

Mr. Henderson attended Midwestern State University on both academic and athletic scholarships. Mr. Henderson then continued at Baylor University in Waco, Texas earning a BBA in Accounting and a minor in Information Systems.
