Stephen H. Kanoff

Principal

Mr. Kanoff is the Executive Vice President and Partner in Westmount Realty Capital, LLC. His responsibilities include all aspects of property acquisition, disposition and development, underwriting, due diligence and asset management.

He has worked in real estate and related industries since 1975 and became a principal at Westmount Realty Capital in 1993. His experience includes a wide variety of commercial property types, from hotels, office and flex buildings to raw land and adaptive re-use projects.

Mr. Kanoff has served as Chairman of the West End Association in Dallas, and serves on the Dallas Center City Tax Increment Financing District (TIF) Board.

Mr. Kanoff grew up in New York and has resided in Dallas since 1978. He received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati and a Master’s Degree in City and Regional Planning from The Ohio State University.
