Scott C. Levy

Asset Manager

Mr. Levy joined WY Atlantis in November, 2006 as an Asset Manager. Prior to joining WY Atlantis, Mr. Levy was a Project Manager at Pacheco Koch Consulting Engineers. While at Pacheco Koch, Mr. Levy designed and managed numerous projects including single-family, multi-family, industrial parks, office buildings, municipal centers, roads, schools and churches.

Mr. Levy also has survey experience managing plats, boundary and topographic surveys and land title surveys. Mr. Levy’s previous work experience includes bridge design for the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development and six years in accounting and finance with the Louisiana Air National Guard.

Mr. Levy holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Louisiana State University and is currently a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers.
