David W. Howell, P.E.

Vice President of Development

Mr. Howell joined WY Atlantis in February, 2007 as a Vice President of Development. Prior to joining WY Atlantis, Mr. Howell was a Land Acquisition and Development Manager for Gehan Homes, Ltd.

Mr. Howell has more than 20 years of extensive experience in land acquisition and development specializing in land-use approvals. His background in subdivision design, construction and scheduling, budgeting and project management is exceptional.

While at Gehan, Mr. Howell negotiated real estate contracts for acquisition and the disposition of lots and land in Dallas and Ft. Worth. In addition to development, he was also responsible for market analysis, site selection, contracting and due diligence for acquisition of land and lots for production. Such duties included the preparation of a market analysis and project proforma.

Mr. Howell holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas and is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas.
