Christopher M. Ross

Financial Analyst

Mr. Ross joined WY Atlantis in August, 2006 as Financial Analyst. His current duties include financial business modeling, project proforma modeling, underwriting due diligence, budget analysis, preparation of loan draws and other ad-hoc projects.

Before joining WY Atlantis, Mr. Ross was an Analyst at ORIX Capital Markets. While at ORIX, he assisted in the acquisition analysis between ORIX and Key Bank Real Estate, and was lead analyst in the servicing portfolio buyout of Wachovia by ORIX.

Mr. Ross has gained extensive experience in real estate development through his father’s land development company.

Mr. Ross holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of North Texas and an MS in Real Estate from the University of Texas at Arlington.
