Allen Jones

Principal

Mr. Jones has been in real estate development for more than 11 years with a focus on master-planned residential communities. Mr. Jones directs all aspects of real estate development from seeking new opportunities, obtaining entitlements, structuring financing and development management. He has been involved in over 20 real estate acquisitions totaling more than 6,000-acres and has developed over 2,000 lots.

Mr. Jones began his real estate career as Chief Financial Officer of Blackard Developments managing project financing and investor and lender relations. He was also instrumental in land acquisition and development management.

Mr. Jones later partnered with the Avex Group to assist with its land acquisition efforts, entitlements, project management and financing.

In 2002, Mr. Jones co-founded Atlantis Development, Ltd. with Wyatt Henderson, successfully growing the firm and later merging with Marlin Land Development, LLC. and White Ventures in January of 2004 to form Marlin Atlantis White, Ltd. Marlin Atlantis White, Ltd. acquired, entitled and developed land into multi-phase, master-planned residential communities.

Mr. Jones holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Midwestern State University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Baylor University.
